Extended Stay America Suites- Chicago - O'Hare - Allstate Arena

The staff at this location is amazing! Teresa Wiles, GM, has gone above and beyond for me in many ways. Shes a great leader, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person! She is always eager to help in any situation! Erica, front desk, is such a kind woman who always helps the guests no matter the requests. She always greets my family and I warmly and you can tell she cares about her quests. Wendy, front desk, goes out of her way to accommodate my family and I. She is very kind and always asks how everyone is doing. We love all of these ladies like family. In addition, the maintenance and house keeping staff are all warm and very good at what they do. I have zero complaints for this property and I have been staying here for 5 months. I highly recommend this place!

Wendy was incredibly helpful, considerate and sweet when I checked in. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This place makes me feel at home.

The experience by far has been absolutely above and well beyond expectations. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about other locations across the county, but this one for some reason stood out and it definitely shows why. The general manager, Theresa, is exactly what this place needs and the staff is definitely above and beyond. Wendy, Will, Erica, Oscar, everyone. We’ve been here longer than we anticipated due to apartment hunting and other issues, but they have definitely been super welcoming, accommodating and super helpful when we needed it ! Thank you !

Amazing staff. Easy to get to location. The front desk lady, Wendy, has been an amazing help. But any of the front desk staff has been helpful and kind. First choice for hotels in the ORD airport area

I recently arranged a 5 week stay at Extended Stay America in Des Plaines, IL for my tenants while their apartment was being renovated, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a landlord coordinating an extended relocation for the first time, I wanted to ensure they were comfortable, cared for, and well accommodated — and this team delivered on every count. I had the pleasure of meeting Theresa Wiles, the General Manager, who walked me through every aspect of the property, including services, amenities, and room configurations. She was incredibly generous with her time, patiently answering all of my questions and giving me complete confidence that my tenants would be in good hands. At check-in, the tenants and I met Wilfredo Saez, the Assistant General Manager, who guided me through the financial arrangements and service options. She explained room cleaning schedules, breakfast availability, parking policies, front desk support, and even coordinated the delivery of dishes and small appliances to the room. Her attention to detail and genuine commitment to a smooth experience made a noticeable difference. Throughout their stay, my tenants consistently shared how friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire staff was. Every interaction they had reinforced the welcoming culture of this location. I’m truly grateful to everyone at Extended Stay America – 1207 E. Touhy Avenue for making this temporary relocation not just manageable, but delightful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking long-term accommodations with outstanding customer care.

Our stay was as great as it can be. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast included in price. However, the laundry is paid (around 3 dollars per washing/dryer). The location is good for those who has a car because it take up to 2,5 hours to get to the city centre. However it worth the price. I want to praise staff member Wendy who was the best.

The roomm and bed was immaculate. As someone who stays at hotels for work I was impressed with how clean and fresh the bed linens were. They are in the middle of a renovation but great service overall!

Wendy checked us in and she was awesome. She's the type of person you want to have a convo with. Made us feel safe and happy about our stay. Gave us tips about walking around the area. She was great. Rooms were quiet clean and comfortable. Check in/out process was smooth. Next time im in O'Hare area I will use this hotel again.
